Return Policy

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 14 day no-hassle return policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money or exchange it for you

Returns must be new, unworn, and in original condition. We will inspect items individually to approve the condition of all returned goods

Our return address is situated in France. We will soon be adding a US returns address

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email info@gussi.uk quoting your order number

Please note: We are unable to cancel and refund an order once it has been sent out. If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after purchasing

Any returns that is shipped collect or require the payment of freight or duties/brokerage upon return will be refused and not accepted

 Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary

Shipping costs are non refundable

We offer free returns or exchanges only for items with defects that were present upon arrival. The issue must be presented to us within 7 days of receipt
